To Whom It May
Concern:
Children’s
Craniofacial Association is proud to be the beneficiary of the
Cher Convention to be held in 2006. Because of the dedicated
efforts of the convention volunteer staff, past conventions were
huge successes.
The conventions not
only raised over $100,000 to support programs and services for
children with facial disfigurement, but just as important,
through media exposure and the actual event itself, they created
public awareness of children whose inner beauty is often
overlooked.
As in the past, CCA
staff and board of directors will work closely with experienced,
dedicated convention volunteers, and monitor and handle all of
the income and expenses related to the convention. One
hundred percent of the proceeds from the convention will benefit
CCA programs, to enrich the lives of children and adults with
facially disfiguring conditions.
Sincerely,
Charlene Smith
